Affinity Map
Affinity map helped us to group our research findings, observations and ideas into relevant clusters.

User Personas
To create useful, enjoyable and seamless product we defined user personas based on the needs and challenges we came across our user research.

Empathy Map
We drew an empathy map to articulate what we know about the user personas in order to
-
Create an understanding of the user needs
-
Aid in decision making

User Journey
We made a journey map in order to visualize the process our user will go through in order to accomplish a goal through our app.

How We Might
HMW opens up to Ideation sessions where can explore ideas that helps to solve design challenge. By framing the challenge as a How Might We question.
